To enter the CESAR Twinning Holiday Sweater Sweepstakes, you must, as of November 5, 2018, (i) be a legal resident of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, (ii) above the age of majority in your place of residence; and (iii) have access to the Internet. Begins at 9 am ET on November 5, 2018, and ends at 11:59 pm ET on December 5, 2018. Entrants are limited to three (3) entries per person throughout the Promotion Period.
