- Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (or age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older).
- Limit of one entry per person per day.
- The drawing will take place on or about December 18, 2023.
